Decision

The highways maintenance ‘backlog’ is calculated for each iteration of the Highways Infrastructure Asset Management Strategy as the difference between the Gross Replacement Cost and the Depreciated Replacement Cost for each asset group. The figures are calculated using a Department for Transport approved method.

The strategy is published on the Lincolnshire County Council website as each strategy is approved as a formal decision.
