Regarding the New Road & Street Works Act, Streetworks noticing data, we are requesting information on

1) which Utility held an opening notice or permit to conduct street works (excavation) outside 1-3  Sycamore Dr, Louth LN11 8RT.

2) We kindly ask you to search as far back as possible before 1 May 2009, to the present date, as we are examining potential latent damage to Virgin Media apparatus at this site. 

3) Additionally, we seek data pertinent to resurfacing works of the footway performed by or on behalf of the council, as well as mains works executed on any utility mains throughout the entire street.
