b. The total annual spend for each service category

c. The approximate number of service users supported within each category (if available)

2. Provider Details For each of the service categories above, please provide:

a. A list of the current providers delivering these services

b. The number of providers per category

c. The approximate annual spend per provider (banded if necessary, e.g. £0-£500k, £500k-£1m, etc.)

3. Commissioning and Procurement Structure

a. The name of the team(s) responsible for commissioning or brokerage of these services

b. The route to market used (framework, approved provider list, dynamic purchasing system, spot purchasing)

b. This will depend on the requirements of the service, the market conditions, and the agreed strategy for the procurement of the services. The Council currently utilises frameworks, open select lists, spot contracts, and individual contracts to deliver services.
