I am requesting the following information relating to any Highways site visits carried out at, or relating to, the pedestrian dropped kerb outside 20-24 Cagthorpe, Horncastle LN9.



1. Dates and Times of All Site Visits

Please provide the exact dates and times of all site visits carried out by any Highways officers, inspectors, or staff to this location in the last five years.



2. Purpose of Each Visit

For each visit, please provide the stated purpose, including any internal notes, job logs, or instructions that triggered the visit.



3. Findings or Assessments

For each visit, please provide:

* any written assessment

* photographs taken

* internal emails or notes

* conclusions or recommendations made by the attending officer





4. Classification Used by Highways

Please provide any internal classification, designation, or asset description used by Highways for this dropped kerb (e.g., 'pedestrian dropped kerb', 'private access', 'hybrid', etc.).



5. Policy Basis for Attending

Please provide the policy, guidance, or criteria under which Highways decided to attend this location.

Highways do not normally investigate private driveway obstructions, so I require the internal justification for attending this site.



6. Any Communications Between Highways and Parking Enforcement

Please provide any emails, messages, or internal communications between Highways and Civil Parking Enforcement relating to this location, including discussions about enforceability, classification, or safety concerns.

4. Vehicle access, access, dropped kerb.

 

5. Inspectors have a duty to inspect any FixMyStreet report made and received to ensure accurate investigation and understanding of the report and its contents. Reports received include matters of enquiries relating to (but not limited to) road markings, parking and obstructions involving the highway.
