Spalding – Pennygate and Woolram Wygate

Investigations have shown that inconsiderate parking on Pennygate is obstructing traffic flow with moving vehicles meeting head on and having to mount the footway. Access to and from Park Road is also being hindered by parked vehicles causing safety concerns for all road users, especially at school pick-up and drop-off times.

Therefore, it is proposed to prohibit waiting as set out on the plans to the Order.

The Chief Constable and South Holland District Council have been consulted, along with other local groups/companies.
