Maintained EHCP's

Please provide the most recent data available, as at the date you process this request, regarding children and young people with a maintained Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

Please provide:

1. The total number of children and young people with a maintained EHCP for whom no named educational placement is currently recorded in Section I.

2. Of those in Q1, the number currently awaiting:

- a maintained special school placement

- an academy special school placement

- an independent or non-maintained special school placement

- a mainstream placement - an alternative provision placement

- another type of placement

3. Of those in Q1, the number currently receiving:

- Education Otherwise Than At School (EOTAS)

- home tuition or interim tuition

- a reduced or part-time education package

- no education package commissioned by the authority

4. Of those in Q1, the number by phase:

- primary

- secondary

- post-16

5. Of those in Q1, the number by primary need:

- ASD

- SEMH

- SLCN

- all other primary needs combined If any part of the breakdown in Q4 or Q5 would exceed the cost limit, please still provide the headline total in Q1 and as much of the remaining data as can be supplied within the cost limit.
