1-7. Your request links to a UK1 Pipeline notice, which are published in relation to potential future contracts and dynamic markets. Therefore at the moment no such framework is in existence, and may not come to pass. At this time no decision has been taken in relation to the potential set up of the framework and therefore we are not able to provide answers to any of the questions that you have raised
