Spalding Western Relief Road Survey

I would be pleased if you would provide the following information relating to the Spalding Western Relief road First Phase.

a) A copy of the original site survey completed prior to and in support of the working drawings prepared for the above contract. My interest is in that part of the site between Blue Gowt Lane/ Blue Gowt Drove junction Pinchbeck and Two Plank footbridge.
b) A copy of any notes made by the surveyors who carried out this survey.
