The current number of public weighbridges

1. The current number of public weighbridges on the register held by your authority under Section 11 of the Weights and Measures Act 1985.

2. The date this figure is accurate to.

3. A copy of, or link to, the current register of public weighbridges in your area (including operator name, address and postcode where available).

As such, this information is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the exemption set out at Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which provides that a public authority need not comply with a request for disclosure under the Act where that information is reasonably accessible by other means.
