Street Light Inventory 2025

I recently came across the 'Street Light Inventory 2025' information on the Lincolnshire County Council website and was wondering whether it would be possible to access the associated dataset or mapping information.

 

1) In particular, I would be extremely interested in any available information relating to:

 

1a) street light locations/coordinates,

1b) lighting type (e.g. white LED or sodium/orange lighting),

1c) lamp specifications or wattage where available, 

1d) any GIS-compatible files or spreadsheets associated with the inventory.
