Regarding the Sinkhole (Ref: 5879573):

1. Copies of all inspection reports, site logs, and physical notes recorded by highway inspectors regarding this specific defect.

2. Copies of any geotechnical surveys, ground-penetrating radar (GPR) scans, or structural engineering assessments conducted prior to backfilling the void.

3. The technical specifications and compaction records of the concrete and tarmac used, proving it meets UK highway safety specifications.

4. All formal consultation documents, approved planning provisions, and council minutes from 2017 onwards regarding the promised London Road/West End

Road relief road and dead-end configuration.

5. Complete clarification on why this relief road was not implemented, alongside all records detailing what the council officially promised to local residents during the public consultation.

* Regarding Traffic Management & Future Action:

6. All documented plans, assessments, or traffic orders regarding the installation of speed humps, acoustic cameras, or alternative noise-control measures on West End Road and London Road.

7. Detailed records of what proactive enforcement measures are being deployed by the Highways Authority such as Lorry Watch or Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs)'to stop vehicles over 7.5 tonnes from illegally using this route.

2. None by Lincolnshire County Council (LCC), however we understand Anglian Water have surveyed their pipeline

3. Hot Rolled Asphalt used in line with Lincolnshire County Council Maintenance Design Manual. Foam mixed concrete used to ensure all voids were filled rather than the traditional Type 1 stone backfill. Copy of Maintenance Design Manual attached.

4. The information requested will be held by the Local Planning Authority.

5. LCC has previously assessed the potential highway benefits of this section of road. That assessment concluded that it would deliver limited strategic highway benefits and, as a result, it is unlikely to attract external transport funding on that basis.  Consequently, if the road were to be delivered, it would be more likely to come forward as part of the associated housing development infrastructure through the build out of the wider development area (commonly referred to as Quadrant 2).

6. No documents available as no assessments or TROS regarding the installation of speed humps, acoustic cameras, or alternative noise-control measures on West End Road and London Road have been considered.

7. Details of the Lorry Watch initiative are available on the LCC website and a copy of the TRO is attached. It should be noted that it the responsibility of Lincolnshire Police to enforce weight limits, not the County Council.
