1) Data recorded of how many penalty notices issued and how many vehicles exceeding 40mph and the highest speed recorded in Priory Road Freiston and Butterwick Road between Butterwick and Freiston from July 1st 2025 to May 31st 2026 .

2. ‘Incidents’ was not defined in the request. It could refer to collisions and as such we have reviewed the data we hold. There have been zero recorded injury collisions on Butterwick Road, nor the 40mph section of Priory Road Frieston. There was one serious injury collision in the national speed limit section on the Boston side – 22.09.2025 1 car and 1 pedal cycle. LCC do not hold records of damage only collisions.
