DeGravel Drive, The Willows and Willow Lane in Cranwell Village

1) I require all highway inspection reports for DeGravel Drive, The Willows and Willow Lane in Cranwell Village.

2) Also for the B1249 from its junction with the A17 outside Cranwell Village to its Junction with the A17 outside RAF Cranwell.

3) All Information referred to in these highway inspections should also be included including but not limited to photographs, drawings, sketches etc.

4)Also please include information about repairs ordered as a result of these inspections, the nature of repairs, their dimensions and materials used.

5) Also please provide information on your standard intervals you are expected to inspect each of these roads.

6) The above information should cover a period of one year preceding today's date.

1. The site history reports attached will covering the inspection reports for De Gravel
Drive, The Willows and Willow Lane for one year.
2. The site history reports attached will covering the inspection reports for B1429 from the 
junction with A17 to the junction with the A15 for one year.
3. The site history report attached will give the details of the inspections and any jobs raised 
for these inspections. However to provide all the photographs/drawing etc from each job and each 
inspection would be exempt due to the number of hours it would take to obtain these details.
4. The site history report will give details of any jobs raised from these inspections. However as 
in 3 above, to provide what they are requesting for each of the jobs raised
would be exempt due to the number of hours it would take to obtain these details.

5. With regards to intervals of inspections for these roads, we can confirm that the B1429
is inspected quarterly. De Gravel Drive, The Willows and Willow Lane are inspected annually. More

6. We can confirm that the above details cover a year preceding the date of your request.
