1) Please can you confirm the alternative education quality assurance process for Lincolnshire County Council?

1. Please find attached the most recent documentation relating to an Invitation to Tender for the Open Select List for Alternative Provision - Parts A, B, and C. This includes the terms and conditions, qualifying information required to join the Open Select List, and Schedules relating to the contract management and performance monitoring of Alternative Provision Services. The Open Select List for Alternative Provision will re-open in summer 2026. The tender will be published on the Find A Tender service (https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Search) and the Council's procurement portal, Panacea (https://app.panacea-software.com/lcc/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2Flcc%2F).
