1. On what terms was the Seaholme Road Mablethorpe school land originally acquired by the council ?

2. Were there any charitable trusts, covenants or conditions attached to the original transfer?

3. What will the proceeds of the sale be used for?

4. Was any legal advice obtained regarding the School Sites Act before disposal?

Notes for your information: we know that the school was built in the 1960's and opened in 1965 originally by the former Lindsey County Council and transferred to you in 1974 when the changes came in. However, our request relates to the original transfer in the 1960's.

2. The covenants and all other information is shown on the Conveyances.

3. Part of the land is subject to an Academy lease. The balance of the land remains with Lincolnshire County Council and is not yet sold.

4. See reply to 3. The legislation referred to is not relevant. Legal advice has been provided concerning the formality and requirements for future disposal.
