3) Maintenance and Repair Logs: Full copies of all work orders, job tickets, and maintenance logs for any repairs executed on B1195 Slash Lane between February 2, 2026, and March 4, 2026. This should include details of what the defect was, when it was logged, its severity category, and the exact date the repair was completed.
