1) The safety inspection records for the 12 months preceding the 12th January 2026.

2) The inspection record from 17 December 2025, including any notes recorded by the inspecting officer.

3) Any photographs, measurements or observations taken during the inspection process.

4) Any records relating to the investigation and subsequent repair of the pothole reported under reference 1901991.

5) I would like the opportunity to review the evidence upon which the Council has concluded that no dangerous defect was present at the time of the inspection on 17 December 2025.
