Pupils Offered Place Oversubscription

Under the Freedom of Information Act, I request the following information for admissions to Year 7 at William Farr CofE Comprehensive School for entry in September 2024, September 2025 and September 2026.



Please provide, for each year:



1. The number of pupils offered places whose determining oversubscription criterion was:

Criterion 3: Documented religious affiliation related to the Church of England character of the school.



2. The number of pupils offered places whose determining oversubscription criterion was:

Criterion 5: Children whose normal address is within 5 kilometres (3.11 miles) of the school, with those living nearer being given higher priority.



3. The distance from the school of the furthest pupil offered a place under Criterion 5.



For clarity, in Question 2 I am seeking the number of pupils admitted under Criterion 5 itself, not pupils admitted under higher-priority criteria who also happened to live within 5 kilometres of the school.
