Please provide the following information relating to the public pathway at Addison Drive, St Giles, Lincoln:

3) Copies of any maintenance records, repair orders, works orders, or other remedial action raised in relation to the pathway.

4) The priority category or risk classification assigned to each reported defect.

Details of any decisions not to undertake repairs, including any recorded reasons for those decisions.

5) Copies of the council's inspection, maintenance, and repair policies applicable to public footways and pathways during the relevant period.

6) Copies of any risk assessments undertaken in relation to the pathway.

7) Copies of any correspondence, internal reports, or assessments concerning the condition of the pathway and any proposed repairs.

8) The dates on which defects were identified and, where applicable, the dates on which repairs were completed.

LCC Highway officer inspected the area on 02/03/26 and closed the enquiry down, responding with the following text - We’re sending you this message to let you know that we’ve assessed the road condition and – whilst it has deteriorated it does not yet require further action. If the fault deteriorates significantly then please report this again to us and we will investigate further. Thank you.

Following the initial enquiry our Officer revisited the site on 28th May and raised resurfacing works that were completed 2nd June, the enquiry will be updated to reflect this.
