Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training

1) Please provide a list of all Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI), equality, unconscious bias, anti-racism, allyship, cultural awareness, LGBTQ+ inclusion, gender identity, disability awareness, neurodiversity, and related training courses, modules, workshops, webinars, briefings, and e-learning packages available to Lincolnshire County Council staff since 1 January 2024.

For each item, please provide:

The Council currently has two mandatory e-learning courses for all Council staff

• ‘Equality, Diversity and Inclusion’: a 25 minute e-learning course that employees are required to complete every three years

• ‘Tackling Exploitation and Modern Slavery in the UK’: a 15–20-minute e-learning course that employees are required to complete every two years (further details are provided within the attachment)

Adult Social Care staff and Children’s Services Health Visitor teams are also required to complete mandatory Autism training, in line with national government direction.
