The Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership (LRSP) is a multi-agency organisation that co-locates staff and resources aimed at reducing road collisions.

LRSP is not a legal entity but is a partnership in which the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC), Lincolnshire Police (LP), Lincolnshire County Council (LCC) and other Lincolnshire based public authorities, agree to deliver road safety services. These activities include, accident prevention engineering, school road safety education programme, school crossing patrols service, training and publicity, safety camera enforcement, forensic collision investigations, and other activities and initiatives.

LRSP governance is undertaken by a Strategic Board, chaired by the PCC and made up of elected officials and senior officers of its parent organisations.

In Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire Police, license Lincolnshire County Council to deliver NDORS Courses as part of the LRSP.

Lincolnshire Police retain the NDORS referral fee, LCC retain the client fee, these fees pay for the costs of processing offences and delivering courses. Any revenue surplus is retained for road safety activity delivered by LRSP and managed by the LRSP Board.
