Temporary closures of rights of way: Branston, Lincs.



1) Please provide the data you hold on any applications, with outcomes, for the temporary closure of footpath or footpaths and any public access alongside and through Branston Wood, off Lincoln Road, Branston (part of Branston Hall park) during 2022 to 2025.

1)  As part of this internal review, further enquiries have been undertaken with the relevant service area. These enquiries identified that information is held relating to Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders (TTROs) affecting Public Rights of Way in Branston. The original response did not identify this information and therefore did not fully address your request.

A spreadsheet has now been provided containing details of Public Rights of Way TTROs across Lincolnshire between 2022 and 2025. The records relating to Branston have been identified within the spreadsheet. We have also provided copies of the associated Legal Orders for the relevant Branston Public Rights of Way closures where these are held. One of the identified closures, reference TTR014246, was implemented as an emergency closure and therefore does not have a corresponding Legal Order.
