By residential parking permits, I mean permits issued to residents for parking within controlled/resident parking zones or resident-only parking schemes.

If your council does not hold this information by calendar year, please provide the same data by financial year instead, covering: 2023/24, 2024/25 and 2025/26. Please clearly state whether the figures provided are calendar-year or financial-year figures.
