Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would be grateful if you could provide the following information relating to supported accommodation for young people and care leavers.

1. Please provide the names of all supported accommodation providers currently commissioned or utilised by the Council for:

a) Young people aged 16-17.

b) Care leavers aged 18-25.

2. Please indicate whether these providers are commissioned through:

a) Framework Agreement

c) Approved Provider List

d) Spot Purchasing

3. The cost of placements/supported accommodation for 16/17-year-olds per week for the last completed financial year?

4. How many 16- and 17-year-old looked after children in your local authority area are currently placed in supported accommodation?

5. How many 18-21 year old care leavers are currently placed in semi-supported accommodation?

6. Does the Council identify any shortages currently or in the near future in supported accommodation provision? If yes, please specify the areas of greatest demand.

7. Are there any plans to procure additional supported accommodation services within the next 24 months?
