Investigation into Condition of the Road and Pothole

1.Conduct a full investigation into the condition of the road and pothole at the location identified;



2. Provide copies of all inspection, maintenance, repair and complaint records relating to this section of highway for the 24 months preceding the incident;



3. Confirm whether the defect had previously been reported prior to the accident;



4. Confirm whether the defect met intervention thresholds under the council's highways maintenance policy;



5. Confirm the date of the last inspection prior to the incident and whether any defects were identified;



6. Preserve all records, photographs, inspection data and communications relevant to this matter;
