Catering in state-funded schools

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following about catering in state-funded schools in your area, for each school where the authority holds this information:

1. the school name and, if held, its URN; 2. the organisation that provides its school catering; and 3. whether that catering is in-house or provided by an external contractor.

A spreadsheet (CSV or Excel) would be ideal.

I appreciate you may not hold this for academies that arrange their own catering - the information you do hold is all I am requesting.

This request is made on behalf of School Food Matters, a registered charity working to improve children's access to healthy school food; the information will support research into school food provision.

1. Please see attached a list of the schools and their URN. Many we can say if they are in house or not but we do not hold up to date information about which caterer supplies which school.

Individual schools hold their own data.
