The operation of the Fair Access Protocol (FAP) within Lincolnshire.

I would be grateful if you could provide the information detailed below, limited to secondary schools within Lincolnshire.

1. Fair Access Protocol Allocations

For the current academic year and the previous three academic years, please provide:

a. The total number of pupils considered through the Lincolnshire Fair Access Protocol.

b. The total number of pupils allocated to secondary schools through the Fair Access Protocol.

2. Fair Access Panel Decisions

For the current academic year and the previous three academic years, please provide:

a. The total number of Fair Access Panel decisions where a school submitted an Exceptional Referral Request objecting to the placement of a pupil.

b. The number of decisions where the Fair Access Panel agreed with the school's request.

c. The number of decisions where the Fair Access Panel determined that the pupil should nevertheless be placed at the school.

d. The number of occasions where an alternative school was directed to admit the pupil following an upheld Exceptional Referral Request.

Format of Response
