1)The total number of subject access requests ('SARs') received by the Council under Article 15 UK GDPR in the period specified.

2)Of those, the number in which the Council raised an objection or doubt as to the requester's identity under Article 12(6) UK GDPR (or otherwise declined to proceed pending identity verification), before providing any personal data.

3)Of the SARs identified in response to question 2, the number in which the specific element of the requester's identity said to be in doubt was not set out in writing to the requester (i.e., where the requester was told only that identity was doubted, without being told what the doubt was, or which document or detail was said to be deficient).

4)Of the SARs identified in response to question 2, the number in which the requester was offered, required, or informed that disclosure (if it proceeded) would be made only by in-person collection from a Council office, or by hand delivery to the requester's home address, rather than by the format originally requested.
