Hoarding Related Fires

I'm writing under the Freedom of Information Act to request the following information:

 

1) The number of hoarding-related fires attended by Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service each year from 2015-2025.

 

2) How many properties are currently flagged by the service as a high-risk hoarding zone? (i.e. a Level 4+ on the Clutter Image Rating scale). If available, please provide this number for every year from 2015-2025,

as well as the current number.

1) Data not held, there is no question in the national recording system that specifically captures hoarding

2) Exempt under section 12. We do not keep an active number of those who are at risk due to hoarding, it is all captured under the broader SSRI (Site specific risk information) gathering process. Meaning for us to give a response to the request each individual form would need to be checked to see if hoarding is logged, given there are over 12000 properties with an active risk marker on them this would far exceed the 18 hours limit. 

If you submitted a request for a shorter period we would likely be able to process that under the 18 hour threshold but not for a period greater than 3 months.
