Household Waste Recycling centres

I just wanted to ask a few questions about how the HWRC'S are ran. 

 

1) Firstly, I wanted to know if Lincolnshire County council run their own Household Waste Recycling centres, or if it is run by a private company? 

 

I'm also interested in the transport side of things, regarding the hook lifts that service your household waste recycling centres.

2) I was interested in finding out if the vehicles and drivers are employed by the council or by a private company. 

 

3) Finally, I was looking for the number of HWRC sites that Lincolnshire council run? 

1. 10 of our HWRC are contracted out and staffed by the contracted companies, 1 of our sites are internally ran.
2. All of the haulage and skip movements are done by external contracts.
3. 11 HWRC’s across the county
