Response:
1) We do not collect this information, we have some information on Managed Moves we have supported with but Managed Moves are arranged between schools so you would need to go to each school individually to get an accurate picture of this data.
2) We use the definition as per https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/media/6a63426d9a419980593b2b80/suspensi on-and-permanent-exclusion-from-maintained-schools-academies-and-pupil-referral units-in-England-including-pupil-movement-effective-from-26-July-2026.pdf i.e. 58. A managed move is used to initiate a process which leads to the transfer of a pupil to another mainstream school permanently. Managed moves should be voluntary, offered as part of a planned intervention and agreed with all parties involved (including the parents and the admission authority of the new school). Managed moves should only occur when it is in the pupil’s best interests.
3) Managed moves are logged by individual schools. You would need to contact the schools.
4) Lincolnshire County Council does not hold this information.
5) Unable to provide this as Lincolnshire County Council does not hold this information.
