Traffic Regulation Order for Double Yellow Lines on Back Lane

I am requesting information on the Traffic Regulation Order for Double yellow lines on Back Lane in Stamford Lincs.

In particular, in a order to consider a legal objection would it please be possible to :

1. Be informed who proposed the Regulation and what reasons were given for it to be needed.

2. Be given a copy of the Minutes of the Relevant committee meeting where objections were overruled in order to legally determine if my reasons to object would be have made a difference to the Committee's views on the subject.

3. Be provided with a list of properties that were contacted by mail to inform them of the proposal.

1. Residents of The Croft supported by Cllr Cooke as access to their off-street parking was often obstructed and they felt that safety was compromised.
