The dedicated Counter Fraud team

1. Please could you confirm whether Lincolnshire County Council has a dedicated Counter Fraud team? If so, I would be grateful if you could provide:

a) The approximate number of staff within the team; and b) Their job titles (or, if this is not possible, the relevant grades/bands of those roles).

c) If the Council does not have a dedicated Counter Fraud team, please could you outline how counter fraud activities are resourced. For example, whether these responsibilities are:

Delivered through external providers (such as assurance or counter fraud services);

Part of a shared counter fraud service or joint taskforce with other Councils; or Incorporated within existing roles (e.g. within Finance or other departments).
