Fix My Street report 2899512

1) Please provide the highway inspection notes and any associated works orders arising from the Fix My Street report 2899512, including any photographs taken during the inspection.

2) Please also provide the job reference and instruction date for the zebra crossing road-marking works completed at Longdales Road/Ravendale Drive on 30-31 July 2026, and confirm whether the two matters were linked.

3) Please also provide the most recent automatic traffic count and speed survey for Longdales Road nearest to Ravendale Drive, including vehicle classifications and the percentage of vehicles exceeding 30 mph.

1) Lincolnshire County Council have investigated the issue and determined that it does not present an immediate safety hazard. There is currently adequate visibility of the zebra crossing for traffic approaching from both directions. However, if the tree branches continue to grow, they may begin to obstruct visibility. Tree maintenance is the responsibility of the City of Lincoln Council. Should the issue worsen, please report it directly to the Council at https://www.lincoln.gov.uk/report-it.

2) -Job number 3008207 was committed on 7 April 2026, with the works listed as completed on 28 July 2026. The works formed part of our Operational Asset Management Forward Programme for 2026/27, to refresh the road markings at zebra crossings across the county using specialist lining material, we can confirm these works are unrelated to enquiry 2899512

3) Last survey we did was roughly 80m from the junction of Ravendale Drive over the period between 22/01/24 – 31/01/24. The daily traffic flow was on average 16056 vehicles. The percentage of vehicles over 30mph was 22%. We do not hold the classification of vehicles in this type of survey.
