To impose an experimental order which will prevent:

• access and loading between the hours of 10am to 4pm, Monday to Saturday
• waiting on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 10am to 4pm, and Tuesday and Saturday midnight to 4pm, in:
  • the Market Place
  • Bridge Street
  • Broad Street
  • Red Lion Street
  • Sheep Market
  • Hall Place

There will be no restrictions in place on a Sunday.
