1) There were no specific contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with this contract. Performance was managed through the contractor's obligation to complete the works in accordance with the specification, contract requirements and applicable quality standards. Payment was made on satisfactory completion of the works and associated installation.

2) This procurement did not establish a framework and was neither an Open Procedure nor a Competitive Flexible Procedure. Instead, it was undertaken as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), with a limited number of suppliers invited to submit quotations.

3) The contract is valued at £243,014.75 excluding VAT.

4) 01st April 2026 to 31st May 2026

5) This procurement was undertaken as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) process and was not publicly advertised. A copy of the specification issued to invited suppliers is attached to this response

6) There is no extension clause in the contract.

7) This was commissioned as a one-off project and is therefore not subject to extension or renewal.
