Lincolnshire County Council's Community Safety Multi-Agency Case Management System contract

I would like to request the following information relating to Lincolnshire County Council's Community Safety Multi-Agency Case Management System contract (Find a Tender notice 055541-2025, signed 21 August 2025):

1) The specification,

2) statement of requirements,

3) or invitation to tender document(s) setting out the functional and technical requirements for the system.

4) Any business case or requirements document produced for the Safer Lincolnshire Partnership describing the intended scope of the system.

4) To ensure the specification for any future shared case management system remained relevant to the needs of contributing partners, the users of the system were consulted on the specification in advance of re-procurement.

The Safer Lincolnshire Business Manager and Community Safety Strategy Coordinator with lead for Anti-Social Behaviour, undertook an initial review of the (then) current system specification, taking account of the contract variations that had occurred during the life of the (then) current contract.

The resulting document (included with this response) was shared with Safer Lincolnshire Partnership ECINs Working Group members in November 2023, as key users of the system. The group were asked to consider and comment on the specification to ensure their requirements continued to be met, and any additional needs were included.
