b)  To resolve to borrow £60,000 through the PWLB for the purchase of Land on Market Rasen Road for proposed allotments and an off road cycle track

 Proposed Cllr [Pache, seconded Cllr Mr Keetley and RESOLVED by all to seek the approval of the Secretary Estate of Housing, Communities and Local Government to apply for borrowing   approval for the sum of £60,000 over the borrowing term of 10 years for the purchase of land off Market Rasen Road for the provision of allotment and off road cycle track.

 It is not intended to increase the precept for the repayment of the loan.

25/04/06        Parish Council Building and Assets:-

                       a)  To receive an update on the village hall and Bowls Club progress

                             Surveys have taken place.

25/04/07       To discuss and submit comments to WLDC regarding planning applications received

25/04/08        To approve the examiners final report of the Dunholme Neighbourhood Plan                                           Review to move to the next stage of referendum

Proposed by Cllr Ms Keetley, seconded Cllr Mrs Forrester and agreed by all to approve the examiner's final report of the Dunholme Neighbourhood Plan Review to move to the next stage of referendum. 

25/04/09       To receive an update regarding promoting sustainability within the village

We have added water filter cartridges to our list of household items that can be recycled at the village hall.  These can be from any manufacturer, including Brita.  We also accept medicine blister packs, household batteries and printer cartridges.  (The latter are raising money for St Chad’s Primary School.)   Please note that for the time being we can no longer accept pens and markers.  Also, for the next few months we will be collecting unwanted spectacles on behalf of the Lincoln Lions Club.

25/04/10       Village Maintenance

                        a)  To discuss and take any necessary action regarding village maintenance needed                                  around the village

                              Purchase 2 bins for the Honeyholes Lane play area

25/04/11        To agree the date of the Annual Council Meeting in May 2025
