The Parish Council is committed to supporting residents in their recycling efforts, especially when it comes to those difficult-to-recycle items that can't go into regular kerbside recycling bins.  Through these initiatives, we are working to promote sustainability and encourage responsible recycling, making it easier for everyone in Dunholme to contribute to a cleaner, greener environment.

The following items can be dropped off at our recycling point in the foyer of the Village Hall.

  • Medical blister packs
  • Household batteries
  • Printer cartridges
  • Water filters

There is also a collection box for blister packs outside the Village Hall by the letter box, but please only use this when the hall is closed as it does fill up very quickly!

We also have a Clothes Bank situated to the rear of the Village Hall car park.

In addition to the recyclables listed above we will also have occasional collections of other items such as postage stamps and spectacles.  Keep an eye on our Facebook  page for announcements.
