When you report a fault to us, we will inform you about your report's progress by email.
We also update all reports online to keep everyone updated.
If you have registered, you can sign in to FixMyStreet (opens in a new tab) and view any reports you have made previously, update your notification settings, or change your details.
You can also check the progress of any fault by searching for the report number, street name and area or postcode and then selecting the report from the map view or list.
The most recent update will be at the bottom of the list of updates.
