We provide street lights mainly to light the highway. There is no statutory duty for us to do so.
Part-night lights have sensors that monitor the number of daylight hours. When the clocks change, they can take several days to adjust. This is not a fault.
If your fault presents an immediate danger outside of our normal hours, call the police on 101.
What happens next?
After receiving a fault report we aim to:
- fix emergency faults within two hours
- fix non-emergency faults within 10 working days
