As part of the national reforms to strengthen governance across the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS), Lincolnshire Pension Fund is seeking to appoint an Independent Person to provide expertise and support to the Pensions Committee and LGPS Senior Officer on the Fund’s overall pensions governance, administration (including funding), and investment approach.
This opportunity will be of interest to individuals with significant pensions experience, preferably within the LGPS but experience in other large and complex occupational pension schemes will also be considered, who can demonstrate independence, professionalism and sound governance judgement.
