Having been cancelled for the past two years due to the Covid pandemic, one of the most popular UK county shows is due to return this June 22nd and 23rd.
The spectacular event will also enable around 60,000 visitors to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, to mark her incredible 70-year reign.
As in previous years, the Lincolnshire County Council stand, at 10th Avenue, Row B, will be open to guests throughout the two-day event, enabling visitors to meet with councillors.
But this year, for the first time, Lincolnshire County Council will be joining with our neighbours from North and North East Lincolnshire to promote our ‘One Lincolnshire – Think Bigger’ message.
But we are also planning to provide a full programme of entertainment, with the return of the hugely popular Acrochaps likely to be a highlight once again.
The show has always remained true to its agricultural roots with machinery and associated trades, as well as equine and livestock classes and competitions.
Organised by the Lincolnshire Agricultural Society, the show has grown to become one of the county’s flagship annual events.
The food court will be bursting with local produce from hog roasts and sausages to jams, pickles and cakes, and the Lincolnshire Kitchen plays host to some of the finest food producers and chefs from across the county.
Whatever you plan to see or do at the Lincolnshire Show 2022 – your day is assured to be action-packed with plenty of fun!
