Phase Two
- Resurfacing works to northbound A1 Lane 2
- Testing and commissioning of northbound and southbound streetlights on the A1
Phase Three
- West side of site – pier 1 bases concreted / pier 2 reinforcement fixed / pier 3 cofferdam excavated / embankment construction materials stockpiled
- East side of site – continued drainage, ducting and kerbing works at Somerby Hill roundabout / soakaways dug between Whalebone Lane and development / continued with rock processing operations

Phase Three
- West side of site – pier 2 bases concreted / pier 3 bases reinforcement fixed and concreted
- East side of side – complete works at Somerby Hill roundabout / install filter drains and road box between Whalebone Lane and development / begin next set of ground investigation works

- Ongoing lane closures on the B1174 roundabout until the end of the scheme
