Phase three is progressing well, with pier works completed on the west side and surfacing on the east side.
What we achieved in February
Phase Three
- West side of site – completed pier infill works at Piers 1 and 2 / continued drainage works near the west embankment and Pond B
- East side of side – completed surfacing between Whalebone Lane and development roundabout / continued verge finishes to the development roundabout area / installed main steelwork to Pier 4
What's happening in March
Phase Three
- West side of site – complete drainage works at Pond B
- East side of side – complete splitter islands at development roundabout / complete hydroseeding / construct working platforms for piling the new elements / lay white lining
Current/ongoing traffic restrictions and closures
- Lane Restrictions Around the B1174 Roundabout to facilitate the construction of the haul route and access into site
- Whalebone Lane closed
