There is a big change happening with the Transport DPS portal and it’s essential that you are aware of what’s going on
From September 1 2025, Panacea Software will be live as LCC’s new Transport DPS portal. This is a major software change to the system which will mean:
- Improved efficiency
- Greater visibility of activity
- A more simple, user-friendly experience
Because of the change of system, there is something critical to providers need to do. As a home-to-school transport provider, if you don’t complete this action then you will not be able to take part in eAuctions and call-offs.
ALL current DPS suppliers must register an account with the new Transport DPS portal which will be open for registration from Monday, July 28 2025.
We are here to support you with information on the process of what happens next. An email from us outlining how to register your account, what documents will need to be uploaded and how to complete the new process will arrive with you from Monday, July 28.
If you would like further support on registration, or to talk through any aspects of the new system with us then we will also be hosting in-person training sessions between 10.30am and 1.30pm at the following locations on the following dates:
