What we achieved in July
- West side of site – completed pond access road works at Spittal Gate roundabout / installed drainage around Pond B in current haul road / cut off shear studs, ready for strengthening plates
- East side of site – complete drainage and install concrete channel to east embankment
What's happening in August
- West side of site – remove and replace trestle supports at the bridge launch area, including jacking up the beams to remove the supports beneath / carry out surfacing to the access track at Spittal Gate roundabout
- East side of site – trim Type 1 and lay surfacing up to binder course to east embankment
Current/ongoing traffic restrictions and closures
- Lane restrictions around the B1174 Roundabout to facilitate the construction of the haul route and access into site
