Have your say: Housing Related Support service

People are being asked for their views on the council’s Housing Related Support (HRS) service, including those it has supported, professionals and the general public.

The HRS service offers support to adults with substance use and/or mental health concerns who are homeless, or at risk of homelessness. It helps them deal with the issues that led to their current situation and develop skills to live independently. Support is offered in various locations, including hostels, people’s own homes and within the community.

The current contract for the HRS service is due to end in September 2026. The current service is delivered by the Lincolnshire Housing Related Support Partnership, which is made up of Framework Housing, Amplius (formerly Longhurst Group), The Salvation Army and Nacro.

Cllr Steve Clegg, executive member for adult care and health, said: “With the current contract for the Housing Related Support service coming to an end, we want to take this opportunity to ask people for their feedback on the support currently being provided. This will give us an idea of how things are currently working and help inform future decisions about the direction of the service moving forward.”

The consultation runs until 9 February 2026. To take part, visit www.letstalk.lincolnshire.gov.uk/housing-related-support-consultation.
