Cllr East added: "We will do everything we can to minimise the disruption from these critical works. Because this scheme is happening on an overnight programme, we will use specialist equipment with noise-lessening tech fitted, and make sure that the machines are turned off when not needed.

“I am sorry for any inconvenience which these works may cause and thank everyone effected by them for their patience and understanding during the work programme schedule.”
