What we achieved in September
- Completed westside footway for Phase 1
- Continued works to westside footway, including drainage, for Phase 3
- Installed infrastructure for new traffic signals for Phase 3
- Vegetation clearance on Phase 1
What's happening in October
- Complete eastside footway for Phase 1
- Complete Westside footway and drainage works for Phase 3
- Continue works on east-side footway and drainage works for Phase 3
- Complete upgrade of permanent traffic signals for West Elloe and Woolran Wygate Junctions
Current/ongoing traffic restrictions and closures
- Phase 1 – From West Elloe Avenue to King’s Road (from mid-June to late October)
- One-way system northbound
- Diversion route via West Elloe Avenue / Holbeach Road / A16 / A1157 / A15 / A151 / Winsover Road / Bond Street Court / King’s Road
- Phase 3 – From Park Road to Woolram Wygate (early September to late October)
- One-way system northbound on Pinchbeck Road from north of Park Road junction
- Woolram Wygate closed 24/7 due to proximity to level crossing
- Diversion route via Park Road / Pennygate / Woolram Wygate, and vice versa

- Phase 3 – From Woolram Wygate to Beck Road (early October to late October)
- One-way system northbound on Pinchbeck Road from north of Woolram Wygate junction
- Diversion route via Pinchbeck Road / Spalding Road / Wardentree Lane / A16 / Holbeach Road / West Elloe Avenue, and vice versa
- Cadent Gas working within closure
- Phase 4 – From Beck Road to Hospital Road (early November to mid-December)
- One-way system northbound on Pinchbeck Road
- Access to hospital from north maintained
- Diversion route via Pinchbeck Road / Spalding Road / Wardentree Lane / A16 / Holbeach Road / West Elloe Avenue, and vice versa
